  1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our platform (TAPS APPS), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

  • “Platform” refers to the SaaS offering by TAPS APPS that allows businesses to create and manage their own Web Apps.
  • “Business” refers to any entity or individual that subscribes to our platform to create a Web App.
  • “Client” refers to businesses or entities using the platform.
  1. Account Setup and Management

Current Account Setup Process:

  • Account Creation: Accounts are created manually by the TAPS APPS team.
  • Credentials: Businesses receive a username and password to access their dashboard.
  • Dashboard Access: Businesses manage their account and Web App content.

Planned Future Automation:

  • Automated Account Creation: Future implementation will allow businesses to self-register and manage their accounts.

h. Coupons & Loyalty Points
i. Custom Discounts (Fixed amount or Percentage)

l. Add-on: Unique Domain/Subdomain Assignment
m. Add-on: Multi-Language Feature

  1. Subscription and Payment

Business Model:

  • Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions: Various subscription plans are available.
  • Optional Setup Fee: One-time fee for Web App setup and product/menu insertion.

Payment Terms:

  • Subscription Fees: Charged based on the chosen plan.
  • Setup Fee: Charged separately.
  1. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel at any time; effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions:

  • Cancel at any time; effective at the end of the current billing period.

How to Cancel:

  • Current Process: Contact support at [support@tapsapps.com] or through provided phone numbers.
  • Future Process: Cancellation through a billing feature in the client dashboard.
  1. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • No refunds once payment is processed; access until the end of the billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions:

  • Within 14 Days of Purchase: Full refund available.
  • After 14 Days: No refunds; access until the end of the subscription period.
  • Exceptions: Refunds for exceptional circumstances considered on a case-by-case basis.

Businesses can utilize: a. QR Code Download
b. Client Messaging (Paid Option)
c. Coupons & Loyalty Points
d. Custom Discounts (Fixed amount or Percentage)
e. Push Notifications
f. Social Media Sharing
g. Free or Discounted Delivery Cost

  1. Content Ownership

Client-Uploaded Content:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring copyright compliance.

Usage of Content:

  • Clients retain ownership but TAPS APPS may use content for promotional purposes.

Page Design Ownership:

  • TAPS APPS retains ownership of all page designs and templates.
  1. Limitation of Liability

TAPS APPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
